Enjoy a competitive weekly basketball outing promoting good sportsmanship and healthy competition amongst friends. Scorekeepers and officials are the players themselves. The league is friendly environment of all skill sets.

Learning Spanish is as easy as uno, dos, tres! Current research has found a positive link between learning a second language and cognitive and academic ability. In addition to developing a lifelong skill to communicate with people from other countries and backgrounds, other benefits include improved overall school performance and higher problem-solving skills. In Afterschool Amigos Spanish club, children will learn numbers, colors, shapes, greetings, days of the week and more. We will be singing, clapping, and counting our way towards learning the Spanish language. No previous knowledge of Spanish is necessary.

Course Description Time BODYPUMP! This is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It’ll also tones and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation and great music you get in a BODYPUMP! class will help you achieve much more than you would be able to on your own. TRX Cardio Circuit Training is a total body workout designed to keep you on your toes. We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different including the use of the TRX Suspension System, dumbbells and body weight exercises to develop balance, flexibility and core strength. Saturday 9:00-9:45am Kevin Fitness Fusion This 45-minute circuit training class will help BURN fat and increase cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles. Core exercise and stretching will make this a FULL BODY workout for ALL levels of fitness. FORMAT: 3 minutes of resistance training followed by 2 minutes of cardio, followed by 1 minute of core…and REPEAT! End with Cool down and stretching. Mon/Wed 6:00-6:45pm John Cardio Circuit This 45- minute CARDIO Circuit uses stations around the room with a variety of equipment, i.e. BOSU, TRX, Resistance Balls, and more to give you a TOTAL BODY workout with the combination of cardio and muscle endurance. Develop your child's intellect through the royal game of chess! Current research has shown a strong link between chess and academic performance in a variety of areas, including mathematics and language arts. Chess has been proven to enhance children's motivation, concentration, focus, social skills, and creativity. Each class will consist of a fun, interactive teaching period and guided practice time. Both beginner and experienced players are welcome and will learn under the guidance of an experienced Chess Scholars coach.

From sea creatures of the deep to phoenixes in the sky, every society has its legends and lore. We’ll tell their stories through paintings, sculptures and other works of art. These tales may inspire awe, curiosity or surprise, but they all inspire our imaginations! Kids experiment with different art techniques using Crayola® supplies to bring their ideas to life. Each class is all about designing a one-of-a-kind mythical creature. Parts 1 and 2 of the after-school program independent of each other, kids can participate in either or both without needing to complete one to join the other.

Through exploration of classic literature, inspiring writing exercises, creative language games and collaboration, students will explore different genres, learn and practice grammatical concepts, develop their writing skills, and build confidence in their ability to communicate effectively.

Get into shape with this high energy, no contact workout that introduces kickboxing techniques and exercises. Learn the proper way to kick, punch & perform combinations taught by a black belt instructor. This is not an aerobics class. Wear loose clothing. Specific hand protection recommended (available through Master K’s).

This introductory class focuses on promoting a positive first experience with the martial arts. Training touches on basic stances, kicking, blocking, punching and self-defense utilizing self-control while building self esteem

Music for Little Mozarts was created to provide appropriate piano instruction for 4 1/2 to 7 year old's. The materials in the course combine to create an exciting and imaginative atmosphere both in the lesson and at home. Rental Instruments are available for all classes. $21.00 plus tax book fee due the first class, payment will be taken at the Studio. PARENT PARTICIPATION WITH CHILD IS REQUIRED.
