AEROBIC JAZZ SESSION 01 & SESSION 02 TOTAL BODY WORK OUT The first 30 minutes will consist of stretching; working on the upper body muscles, waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major areas. Light hand and/or ankle weights are encouraged to get the toning effect. The other 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to the fun jazzy steps to get you hopping and hollering while listening to top 40’s music. Please Note: Please bring comfortable Tennis Shoes & Workout Mat. There will be no classes held on half-days or holidays. Class is held at Wiley Elementary School (GYM). ARTS AROUND AT DEKEYSER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AFTER-SCHOOL ART WORKSHOP Unlock your child’s creativity—one masterpiece at a time! Each weekly session focuses on a themed artistic style or artist—such as Picasso, Tim Burton, and more—giving students a fun and inspiring look into different creative worlds. Students will explore multiple art forms and bring home impressive projects, including: 16×20 Acrylic Canvas Painting Ceramic or Clay Creation A Handmade Jewelry Project Give your child the chance to create, explore, and express themselves through a variety of engaging art projects—perfect for young artists of all levels. FIZZY, FUN, AND SLIME LAB! (with KIDSCIENTIFIC) Jump into the Fizzy, Fun, and Slime Lab! Kids will create rainbow fizz, erupting ice cream cone volcanoes, water bead stress balls, and an array of ooey gooey slime creations. This hands-on class is packed with science, messy fun, and endless excitement! Please Note: Your child MUST attend the school where the class is being held. HARRY POTTER'S SCIENCE OF SPELL (WITH KIDSCIENTIFIC) Unlock the magic in Harry Potter's Science of Spells! Young wizards will brew dazzling potions, design a mini Quidditch game complete with a golden snitch and create their own screaming mandrake. This enchanting camp is packed with spellbinding science, creativity, and wizarding fun! Please pack a nut free snack and drink for your child each day. HAVEL ELEMENTARY'S YOUTH BASKETBALL (SKILL & GAMES) SESSION 01 & SESSION 02 Join Coach Ryen as he teaches the necessary basketball skills to be successful and play games designed to practice your skills! MORGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL'S CORN HOLE: LEARN TO PLAY SESSION 01 & SESSION 02 Students will enjoy learning how to play Corn Hole. Corn Hole is that fun and entertaining game everyone loves to play in their backyard, at the beach, campground, and other paces with their family and friends. Students will learn how to toss the bags and keep score all while competing against other students. Please Note: Your child MUST attend the school where the class is being held. VIDEO GAME DEVELOPMENT This course introduces students to the fundamentals of video game development, blending creativity, storytelling, and technical skills. Students will learn about game design concepts such as mechanics, level design, character creation, and user experience. Using beginner-friendly game engines like Scratch, Unity, or Godot, participants will gain hands-on experience in coding, asset creation, and game prototyping. The course emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and iterative design, guiding students through the process of turning their ideas into playable games. By the end, students will have a deeper understanding of the game development process and its creative potential. FINAL PROJECT OR ARTIFACTS Students will create a functional video game prototype, complete with a unique concept, basic mechanics, and playable levels. The project will include a written game design document detailing the storyline, gameplay mechanics, and artistic vision.
