The goal of the camp is to develop the skills of each player. We create an environment that is competitive, challenging, and fun to help every player reach their full potential. Campers will participate daily in games, team and individual competitions, and small group skills sessions. Each camper receives a camp t-shirt and a ball.

Yes, a bus will be available at Eisenhower High School, Henry Ford II High School, Stevenson High School, and Utica High School. Students will need to be at their potential high school by 7:45 a.m. for transportation to Eppler Junior High School. Transportation will return students to their potential home high school between 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. for pick-up. Transportation to be indicated upon enrollment. Chieftain Football Youth Strength and Speed Camp

Introduction to the basics and safety of body weight strength, explosiveness and speed exercises that are safe, varied, unique, and up to date. The program will be catered to prepare youth athletes for the football season with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches along with collegiate athletes will be directing creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Students will finish the summer with better strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control. Shoes suitable for sprinting and athletic movement, shorts, and shirt. BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!!

From sea creatures of the deep to phoenixes of the sky, every society has its legends and lore. We'll tell their stories through paintings, sculptures and other works of art. These tales may inspire awe, curiosity of surprise, but they all inspire our imaginations! Kids experiment with different art techniques using Crayola® supplies to bring their ideas to life. Each class is all about designing a one-of-a-kind mythical creature.

Eisenhower Eagles Boys Basketball Camp (5 - 10 Fall 2024)

Our camp stresses instruction in the fundamental aspects of the game, along with practical game situations and competitions. We motivate each camper to set high goals and learn realistic ways to approach these goals. Basketball, like other sports, has become more competitive than ever. To succeed in junior high school, senior high school or college…you must know the game. Our camp will give you an opportunity to learn the skills that make you a better athlete from the best coaches in the business. Learn the fundamentals of the lay-up, jump shots, dribbling, foul shooting, passing, rebounding, screening, individual and team defense, and fast break situations. Tournaments, contests, and games will be played all week. Each camper should bring their own water.

For Girls Entering Grades 3-9 Learn volleyball skills and agility to help improve your game! This camp will teach the basics necessary to become a successful volleyball player and advanced skills to make you a key athlete. Daily lectures, demonstrations and drill sessions, designed to teach the skills and techniques of competitive volleyball, will be taught. Players are divided according to skill level in order to assist the athlete in developing their full potential through challenging, competitive settings. This camp is under the guidance of an exceptional teaching staff: Caitlin LaPratt, IKE Head Varsity Coach and UCS volleyball players. Camp t-shirt is included (ordered in adult sizes). Ford II Falcons Strength & Conditioning Camp

All sessions taught and coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Our mission is to provide intense strength and conditioning instruction to our athletes to help improve strength, speed, agility and endurance that will be helpful for the athletes upcoming sport seasons. The camp focus is INJURY PREVENTION training to help reduce future sports related injuries such as shoulder, knee, ankle injuries and concussions. This camp is for all athletes 9th-12th grade.

Sports Camps
Improve softball skills with emphasis on infielding, outfielding skills, bunting, pitching, and hitting techniques. Younger players that have their own catcher’s gear, batting helmet and bats are asked to bring them. Also, lectures are provided by College Softball Players. Please dress for outdoor practice and bring a glove and a water bottle. Players will be broken up based on grade level and ability level. Titan Volleyball Summer Camp
Sports Camps
Camp focus: To learn and practice the fundamental skills of volleyball, hosted by our Stevenson coaching staff, alumni, and varsity athletes. Players will learn the basics of passing, setting, hitting, and serving, followed by game play and team building activities. Players are separated into 2 sessions, based on grade level, to better assist in learning through small group instruction. There will be 3 days of technique and skill development. Camp t-shirt is included in the price of the camp and provided at check in.

UCS All Stars Summer Train and Play

Boys and girls, come join the summer fun! Grades K-3 (Fall 2024) Grades 3-6 (Fall 2024-for 3rd graders who can shoot on a regulation hoop of 10 ft.) All sessions held at Henry Ford ll High School. Each class focuses on teaching the proper fundamentals of basketball through individual and team drill work. Players will participate in modified game play that focuses on learning the rules of the game and teaching basic game concepts. Coached by JEREMY DENHA and other HFII Basketball Coaches! Jerseys Required All players need to have a black/white reversible UCS All Stars Jersey. If you have already purchased a UCS All Star Jersey in a previous session during the 2023-24 school year: You will register for the class only. If you need a UCS All Star Jersey because you have not participated in a session during the 2023-24 school year: You will need to register for the class including Jersey option. If this option is not chosen and your child has not attended a UCS All Star Camp during the 2023-2024 school year, you will automatically be charged the difference to include the jersey.

Utica Boys Fundamental Basketball Camp 3-6

Purpose of the camp: To teach and demonstrate the importance of the fundamentals for the game of basketball. Each camper will receive instruction on the fundamentals of individual and team principles both offensively and defensively. All facets of the game will be demonstrated and practiced daily, including the fundamentals of shooting, rebounding, individual and team defense and ball handling. Rules and good sportsmanship will be stressed. Staff: Our camp is run by Dave Hinkle, assisted by current and former Chieftain players and coaches. A low camper to instructor ratio will be provided.
