BODYPUMP a fast-paced, barbell-based 55 minute workout features 10 tracks, each focusing on a difference muscle group and is specially designed to help you get lean, toned, strong and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own. You can always expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, lunges and bicep curls. While not a scuba certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. ZumbaAdult EnrichmentSalsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, & Meringue and add in some Calypso, Hip-Hop and Belly Dancing, and you have Zumba! International music is mixed into a dynamic and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to maximize caloric output, burn fat, and sculpt your body! NO dance experience necessary!
