Henry Ford II Strength & Conditioning 7th & 8th Grade Winter Strength WorkoutsSports CampsThis camp utilizes over $60,000 in all new weight room equipment from Rogue Fitness & Rogers Athletic. The camp is directed by Luke Heide and Matt Browe, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coaches at Henry Ford II High School. This camp will focus on strength training, fundamental movements, proper warm up and mobility that will lead athletes to achieve success throughout their High School careers. All sessions taught and coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Our mission is to provide intense strength and conditioning instruction to our 7th & 8th grade athletes to help improve technique and strength that will be helpful for the athletes upcoming season. Course fee includes a camp t-shirt. Stevenson coaches and current players will work with students on softball fundamentals including: throwing, catching, hitting and base running. PopularUCS All Stars March MadnessSports CampsParticipants will learn basketball fundamentals through individual and team drills and games. Players will participate in modified game play that focuses on learning the rules of the game. Each one hour session will be fast paced and filled with activities that will engage all skill levels. 3rd grade *** If your third grader needs a modified hoop height, you will want to register them in the 2nd-3rd grade session. The 3rd-4th grade session is only for 3rd graders that can shoot on a regulation hoop (10 feet). PLEASE NOTE: TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON ENROLLMENT. All start times will be between 1:00-4:00pm. If a change is needed, it will be communicated via email to the address that is provided at registration. Jerseys Required All players need to have a black/white reversible UCS All Stars Jersey. If you have previously purchased a UCS All Star Jersey in a previous session, You will register for the class only ($115.00): Course #6195-WS23 (K-2) or #6195-WS23 (3-6) If you need to purchase a UCS All Star Jersey because you have not participated in a session during the 2022-23 school year, You will need to register and submit the additional material fee ($20.00): Course #6195-WS23 Jersey Fee.
