Graceful Moves Dance Fall Sessions

Course Description Location Cost Date Time Creative Movement Dance (Ages 2-3.5yrs old) A Childs 1st dance class. This class is great for both boys and girls! In this class, children will be learning movement, following directions, listening to instructions, and the basics of dance to strengthen the child’s motor skills (*this class does not include parents in the classroom). Intro to Color Guard

Have you ever seen the performers who spin flags with the marching band? Ever wonder how they do it? This is your chance to learn! Evoke Performance Collective is hosting their “Intro to Color Guard” course again for the 2024-2025 school year! Students will spend 5 weeks learning how to condition their body for color guard, the basics of moving and spinning a flag, and performance basics so they will be ready and prepared for joining their high school color guard team. Students will be given their own flag pole, silk and performance t-shirt to keep. Students will perform a short “show” piece on the last day of class as a “skills showcase” for friends and family to come watch as they show off what they’ve learned!

The materials in the course combine to create an exciting and imaginative atmosphere both in the lesson and at home. Parent participation with child is required. My Time to Shine

My Time to Shine adaptive dance class was created to teach children with special needs ages 3 and older to express themselves through dance. This class allows each child to work at their own pace. We will focus on each child's abilities, not disabilities. Every accomplishment will be celebrated! Attire: Bike shorts and a tank top or T-shirt.
