Music for Little Mozarts
Youth & Teen Enrichment
Music for Little Mozarts was created to provide appropriate piano instruction for 4 1/2 to six year old's. The materials in the course combine to create an exciting and imaginative atmosphere both in the lesson and at home. Parent participation with child is required. No siblings in the lab. $21.00 plus tax book fee due the first class, payment will be taken at the Studio.

SACC is a multi-age program for students in Kindergarten through sixth grade. All UCS child care programs are licensed by the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. We offer: Before and After School Child Care Break Camps Summer Camp Registration for the 2025-2026 School Year - Please read all the information below before registering. Registration will open on Monday, July 14 at 7:00am. How to register for the SACC sites available for AM and PM Care. For AM Care (if available) you will select and register at your child's school. For PM Care, you will select and register for the location that your child will be attending SACC, which may not be their school location. For example: Graebner students needing PM care would register at Havel PM SACC. Non-Refundable Registration Fee $60 per child / $75 per family Absences will be charged at the regular rate for sessions a child is scheduled to attend. Student’s schedule for the entire school year is required during registration. Once the schedule is submitted and approved, the account owner is accepting responsibility for payment of scheduled days. Schedule change requests will only be accepted during designated weeks. Tuition payments are billed and charged the Friday prior to care. UCS Early Childhood
Utica Community Schools offers a variety of early childhood programs for young children and their families. Click on a link below to learn more about each program. Traditional 3 and 4 Year Old Preschool Early Childhood Montessori Full Day Preschool Infant and Toddler Early Learning and Care GSRP/PreK for All To begin the registration process, you must create an account in Eleyo if you have not done so already. Once you have created an account, or logged into your existing Eleyo account, you will be able to select a preschool program from the choices below. Follow the prompts to select the location and course section. You must complete all sections of the registration contract request and enter your method of payment. Your account will not be charged until your contract request is approved. Please have the following information ready while completing the registration request: Name of your child's home school Your first and second choice of class (classes can be found in our Early Childhood brochure) Method of payment (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) All applications are processed in the order in which they are received. Space is available at each school on a first come, first serve basis. Registrations will be accepted until classes are full. If your requested class is full, you will be placed in your second choice and remain on a waitlist for your first choice. Your contract status for that class will show as pending, indicating your child is on the waitlist. Once you have completed the registration process, all contracts must be approved by our office. Placement is not guaranteed until you receive the email confirmation. Please note preschool start and end dates are estimated. From building with magnetic blocks, LEGOs, and KEVA planks to experimenting with Hexbugs, Indi Sphero cars, play dough, 3Doodle pens, and more, there’s something for every curious mind. In STEAM Studio, you decide what to create, build, or invent—every class is a chance to imagine and explore in your own way!

Scratch Jr.
After School Enrichment
This course introduces students to the world of programming and creative storytelling. Scratch JR is a beginner-friendly coding platform designed for young learners to create interactive stories and games. Through this course, students will explore the basics of coding, logical thinking, and problem-solving while having fun with animated characters and storytelling. The primary objectives of this course are to introduce students to coding concepts, boost their creativity, and nurture their digital literacy skills. Final Projects or Artifacts: Students will create an interactive story or game using Scratch JR. They will be tasked with coming up with a unique narrative or game idea and then implement it through coding and animation

Registration is open from February 7, 2025 to March 14, 2025. AAPPL and OPI & WPT Assessment will be taken at home for the24-25 school year. Refer to the Seal of Global Language Pathways for further information. TGA Golf
After School Enrichment
TGA GOLF TGA Junior Golf brings the golf course to your child's school. Children learn swing fundamentals, putting, chipping, rules, etiquette and life values in a safe, nurturing environment. All equipment is provided and TGA promises a student-coach ratio of 6-1 or better. All first-time students receive a TGA cap and student workbook, plus a hat clip on final day. Returning students receive a different gift for their level, plus a hat clip. Please Note: This is an after-school enrichment program intended for the students that are enrolled at the school where the program is being offered.

BALLET (5-11) 02 This is the second session for BALLET (5-11). Ballet training will focus on proper body placement, alignment, posture, and fluidity of movement. Ballet will help maximize technique and flexibility, all while learning technique and terminology. Ballet will introduce dancers to the five positions, piles, and other beginner appropriate skills. Dancers will use the barre, center floor, and across the floor to work on their technique. BALLET/TAP (4-6) 02 This is the second session for BALLET (4-6). Combo classes are a great choice for our new dancers, as it introduces them to a basic classroom structure while having fun and learning about dance! Dancers will learn beginner ballet terms and positions, and beginner tap rhythm and timing. Class Information Ages: 5 - 11 4 - 6 (Ballet/Tap) Dress Code (5-11): - Shoes (Pink Ballet Shoes; NO slippers; Please speak with teacher before purchase) Dress Code (4-6): - Shoes (Tap - Black Patent Tap Shoes; they make no-tie options which is great for this age!) - Shoes (Pink Ballet Shoes; NO slippers; Please speak with teacher before purchase) POLICIES Parent Viewing: Parents will not be allowed in the classroom during class time as it can become a distraction to our dancers. COMPETITION TEAM Instructor permission required - please inquire for audition information. Our UDC Competition Team is for dancers who want to take their training up a level, with a chance to focus on more challenging technique and choreography, as well as gaining additional performance experience. We focus on giving our dancers the tools to not only improve their dancing, but to improve their self-confidence and personal growth as well. JAZZ Competition Jazz will work on combination skills and choreography, with more focus on harder technique, power moves, and flexibility training. LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY Competition Lyrical/Contemporary will contain technique, skills, and partner work all meant to draw the audience in to the performance. Dancers will continue to advance their musicality and self-expression through the choreography. SOLO/DUO/TRIO Competition dancers may be invited to compete with a solo, duo, or trio for the season. Please speak with an instructor to sign up for a time slot. Recital: Our June Recital will be dependent on the ongoing enrollment of each class. We will need to maintain enough students throughout the year in order to successfully put on a show. Thank you for your understanding! Class Information Ages: 12 - 18 Dress Code: - Any form fitting leotard, t-shirt, or tank top. - Dance pants, shorts, leggings, or capris. - Shoes (Lyrical/Contemporary) (Nude colored canvas half-sole; Please speak with teacher before purchasing) - Shoes (Jazz) (Tan Jazz Shoes - slip-on; please speak with teacher before purchase) POLICIES Parent Viewing: Parents will not be allowed in the classroom during class time as it can become a distraction to our dancers. CREATIVE MOVEMENT (3-4) 02 This is the second session of CREATIVE MOVEMENT (3-4). Creative movement introduces young children to dance through imaginative play, props, and interactive music! Kids explore basic dance concepts while practicing turn-taking, sharing, and following directions--all in a fun and playful environment! HIP-HOP Hip-Hop is a high energy class that has its roots in street dance and uses Popular Pop and Hip-Hop music to create a fun atmosphere! Classes focus on rhythms, personal expression, and dynamic movements while improving technique and building confidence. Hip-Hop is a continually evolving style of dance, which is seen in music videos, commercial work, and many social media accounts. Class Information Ages: 5 - 11 Dress Code: - Comfortable dance attire (Such as: T-shirts, Tank Tops, Dance Pants, Sweatpants, and Joggers) - Shoes (Comfortable athletic shoes; NO Sandals or Slip-ons) POLICIES Parent Viewing: Parents will not be allowed in the classroom during class time as it can become a distraction to our dancers.
