Total Body Work Out
The first 30 minutes will consist of stretching; working on the upper body muscles, waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major areas. Light hand and/or ankle weights are encouraged to get the toning effect.
The other 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to the fun jazzy steps to get you hopping and hollering while listening to top 40’s music.
