Introduction to the basics and safety of body weight strength, explosiveness and speed exercises that are safe, varied, unique, and up to date. The program will be catered to prepare youth athletes for the football season with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches along with collegiate athletes will be directing creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Students will finish the summer with better strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control.
