If you like to dance, high energy and get jiggy with it, this class is for you! The first 30 minutes we work on the upper body muscles, waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major areas. Light hand weights are optional. The other 30 minutes we will dance to fun jazzy steps to get you hooping and hollering while listening to today's music. Bring a workout mat, wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.
