This course will give students all the necessary skills and knowledge they need to be successful hockey players. Each week will focus on skill work, drills, lead up games and actual game experience. The one-hour long class will consist of 20 minutes of speed and agility, drill and skill work. Then, players will have 40 minutes of game experience, learning the rules, how to play, and good sportsmanship.
