BODYPUMP! This is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories. It’ll also tones and shape your body, without adding bulky muscles. The encouragement, motivation and great music you get in a BODYPUMP! class will help you achieve much more than you would be able to on your own. Instructors will show you all the moves and techniques to make your first class safe and fun. Mon/Wed 9:15-10:15am

TRX Cardio Circuit Training Tired of the same old, boring routine? TRX Cardio Circuit Training is a total body workout designed to keep you on your toes. We want to keep you guessing – each class is designed to be different including the use of the TRX Suspension System, dumbbells and body weight exercises to develop balance, flexibility and core strength. Saturday 9:00-9:45am

Fitness Fusion This 45-minute circuit training class will help BURN fat and increase cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen muscles. Core exercise and stretching will make this a FULL BODY workout for ALL levels of fitness. FORMAT: 3 minutes of resistance training followed by 2 minutes of cardio, followed by 1 minute of core…and REPEAT! End with Cool down and stretching. Mon/Wed 6:00-6:45pm

Cardio Circuit This 45- minute CARDIO Circuit uses stations around the room with a variety of equipment, i.e. BOSU, TRX, Resistance Balls, and more to give you a TOTAL BODY workout with the combination of cardio and muscle endurance. This FUN workout is for ALL fitness levels Tues/Thurs 5:10-5:55pm

Core + Stretch This class is designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals, tone and flatten your stomach, help improve movement/range of motion and flexibility and relieve stress. This class is low impact and suitable for all fitness levels. Saturday 8:00-8:45am
