Have you ever seen the performers who spin flags with the marching band? Ever wonder how they do it? This is your chance to learn!
Evoke Performance Collective is hosting their “Intro to Color Guard” course again for the 2024-2025 school year! Students will spend 5 weeks learning how to condition their body for color guard, the basics of moving and spinning a flag, and performance basics so they will be ready and prepared for joining their high school color guard team. Students will be given their own flag pole, silk and performance t-shirt to keep. Students will perform a short “show” piece on the last day of class as a “skills showcase” for friends and family to come watch as they show off what they’ve learned!
